Distribution Policy

Blue Marble Fundraising wants you to be a raving fan! We accept the responsibility to deliver your fundraising order in pristine condition.

  • Our standard delivery service is managed with a private shipping company in a refrigerated truck. Blue Marble will provide free shipping within the Lower Mainland and will allow a one-hour distribution window. Delivery can be arranged outside the Lower Mainland for an additional shipping cost, please ask for details.
  • All frozen products are required to be picked up within this one-hour period.
  • The order will be verified and signed off prior to any distribution of products.
  • Should any products not be picked up it will be the responsibility of the organizer to retain the product and distribute at a later date.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure your complete satisfaction, Blue Marble Fundraising needs your help with the following customer responsibilities:

  • It is your responsibility to provide us with a correct shipping address.
  • We cannot be responsible or accept claims for product ordered incorrectly.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to receive and assist in the distribution of the frozen food order. Instructions must be issued to have orders picked up within the one-hour limit and ensure product is re-frozen as quickly as possible.
  • It is your responsibility to be at the distribution location on time, or ensure that someone is available to receive the order on the scheduled delivery day. 
  • If you are unhappy with your Blue Marble order in any way, you must contact us at: CustomerService@BlueMarbleFundraising.ca before noon Pacific Time, the day following delivery of your order. No product claims will be considered after this time. The product must remain frozen to be considered.
